I. The RigExpertCare\u2122 limited warranty<\/h4>\n

The RigExpertCare\u2122 limited warranty is provided by the Rig Expert Ukraine Ltd. itself  by granting the RigExpertCare\u2122 partners the power to perform replacement of defective product to the new one throughout the two year<\/strong> warranty period regardless of where the product was purchased. The Customer can apply to any RigExpertCare\u2122 partner in order to get RigExpertCare\u2122 service.<\/p>\n

To get the RigExpertCare\u2122 limited warranty service customer should contact RigExpertCare\u2122 partner’s support team (see list of partners)<\/a> or the RigExpert support team.<\/p>\n

To get standard warranty service (replace or repair) customer should contact the Original seller in traditional way.<\/p>\n

II. Duration of the Warranty<\/strong><\/h4>\n

All the RigExpert\u2122 genuine products (i.e. antenna analyzers, transceiver interfaces, except cables and ARDF equipment) are covered by the RigExpertCare\u2122 two year<\/strong> limited Warranty.<\/p>\n

IV<\/strong>. What is Not Covered Under the Warranty <\/strong><\/h4>\n

The warranty does not apply to a product which has been damaged due to accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation, usage not in accordance with product specifications and instructions, natural or personal disaster, or unauthorized alterations, repairs or modifications.
